90-Days Return / Exchange Policy

We are committed to creating a comfortable and well-pleasing shopping experience at ponggi.com. That's why we offer an easy, hassle-free 90 days return & exchange service for all purchases. Below are the detailed instructions on how to process a return or exchange. All the policies begin from the date of purchase. Please see whether either of these pertain to you and if the item(s) are covered by our 90 Return & Exchange Policy.

Return & Exchange Conditions

1. Please contact our customer service first for your return request and the request should be approved.
Important Note: All items returned without authorization will not be accepted!!

2. The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 90 days from the date of purchase.

3. All items must be returned in a new and unworn condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.

4. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

The following reasons benefit from our comprehensive 90-day return/exchange policy.

(ponggi is responsible for return shipping and exchange fees) We sent the wrong order or item, you received defective items, or you received a poor quality/defective product.

The following reasons benefit from our limited service coverage and 90-day return/exchange policy.

(Return shipping and exchange fees are the customer's responsibility. Ponggi does not reimburse shipping costs.) You have selected the wrong product size. personal reasons. You change your ideas, your tastes, etc.

The following reasons are not covered by our 90-day return policy and we assume no responsibility for these issues.

Product exposed to corrosive substances or chemicals. Exposure to chemicals may alter the appearance of Ponggi products. The product may be damaged due to improper operation or maintenance.

Return/Exchange Procedure

Step 2: Place the item(s) in the original packing and seal the parcel securely.

Step 3: Drop off your package at the local post office.

Step 4: Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund to your account in accordance with our return conditions. (About 5-7 business days)

At last, We'll email you once we process your return or exchange.

Refunds

Once our Customer Service has approved your request, the returns will be processed within 1-3 working days upon receipt of your package. The funds will be issued to your original payment account (About 5-7 working days), depending on your bank or payment service. Your bank or payment service may levy a small transaction charge.

Note: All PayPal payment can only be refunded via PayPal, all Debit or Credit Card payment will only be refunded to the original debit or credit card.

Shipping Fee Refunds

The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable. Although you may have enjoyed free or undervalued shipping, we do incur the original cost of shipping for every order. Therefore, we do not refund our original shipping cost.

For products that are not damaged but the customer wants to return, you can first contact our customer service to apply for a refund. We receive the product without damage and will arrange a refund for you within two to three working days. (Note: that the shipping cost for this process is borne by the customer)

Ponggi will reimburse customer US$10 as the return shipping fee under the following circumstances:

1. Customers received the wrong item.

2. The item is broken, defective, or has an incorrect engraving. (For broken or defective items, customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving their order.)

Ponggi reserves the right not to process the refund if they are returned in unacceptable condition.

Cancellation Policy

1. Order cancellation in 24 hours is free of charge. Beyond this time, restocking/processing fees will apply to cancellations even though the order has not been shipped out.

2. Orders canceled within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of full shipping cost and 80% of the product purchase price.

3. Orders canceled beyond 48 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of full shipping cost and 50% of the product purchase price.

4. Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable) 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
